These terms apply when you use SKUHelm. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

SKUHelm reads the product catalogue you point it at, checks it against OpenAI's published product feed spec and publishes the items that pass as a feed at a public address. We follow the spec closely and date our checks, but OpenAI decides what it accepts. We can't promise your shop will be approved, listed or sold in ChatGPT.

Your account and your shop

• Only connect shops and files you have the right to use.
• You are responsible for your product data, including prices, descriptions and claims. We publish what your shop says.
• Keep your password and API keys safe. Anything done with them is treated as done by you.

Acceptable use

Don't use SKUHelm to publish illegal goods or misleading listings, to read shops you don't own at a rate that would harm them, or to get around our limits. We may suspend a store that does.

Plans and payment

Free is free. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews until you cancel. Cancel from Settings, Billing at any time and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund part months. If we change the price we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Availability

We work to keep the service and your feed available, and your feed keeps serving its last good version if a sync fails. We don't guarantee it will never be down.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using SKUHelm and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms.
