Billing questions
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Sign up with an email address and you can import, check and publish without paying anything.
What happens to items over the limit?
They're still imported and checked, and you can see and fix them. They just aren't published. The free feed carries your first 25 items that pass, in the order they were first imported. You can leave items out to choose which ones make the cut.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, from Settings, Billing, at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then the store goes back to the free limits. Nothing is deleted.
Is the price in dollars?
Yes, you are charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it.
Do you take a cut of sales?
No. SKUHelm builds and hosts your feed. Sales through ChatGPT are between you, your customer and OpenAI.
